We can find you new private or corporate tenants for your property or manage your existing tenancies if your property is already let.

We always check and fully reference all tenants including detailed information from credit agencies, previous addresses, previous landlords and current employers, ensuring you have the best possible tenants for your property.

Prior to any tenancy, a thorough check on the condition of your property and the fixtures and fittings is carried out by an accredited independent inventory company.

During the tenancy we will check the property every three months and inform you of any issues that have arisen; you will be impressed by our attention to detail!

At the end of the tenancy there will be a further check out report carried out by the inventory company. By conducting these checks before, after and quarterly during the tenancy, the risk of any unreported issues is minimised and can be remedied in a timely manner avoiding unwelcome surprises, keeping your property in excellent condition and reducing the time between tenancies.

We will also be the first point of contact for any issues, emergencies or problems that you or your tenants may have, we are always available, problems don’t just occur 9 to 5!
